Columbia supports this event, which benefits Share’s Children’s Hunger Initiative. Throughout the school year, 22,000 children in our community are eligible for free or reduced-cost meals. Share’s Children’s Hunger Initiative meets these needs during the summer, funding two innovative programs: the Children’s Summer Meals Program and the Children’s Backpack Program.
Share is a non-profit organization committed to leading the hungry and homeless to self-sufficiency by providing shelter, food and emergency services. For more information on getting tickets for the event, visit www.sharevancouver.org.
