The Friends of Scouting Cascade Pacific Council Leadership Breakfast raised $31,000 to benefit area youth. Columbia was a proud
sponsor of this event that supports scouting services and youth-development programs in 18 counties in northwest Oregon and southwest
Washington.
Scouting's primary purpose is to prepare young people for a lifetime of leadership, focusing on five key areas: leadership,
