Columbia Credit Union encourages continuing education and training for volunteers, recognizing that knowledge builds confidence and enables innovative thinking and wise financial decisions.
In that regard, each elected volunteer is provided with an annual budget for the purpose of attending credit union conferences and other types of training to increase their knowledge base and keep them current in areas such as legislation, product development or other trends that impact credit unions.
