- Log into business online banking
- Select the ‘Summary’ tab
- Look in the section labeled: “Bill Payment Enrollment”
- Below this heading, select “Sign up”
- Input your Access ID and password and choose iPay in the dropdown
- You will be taken back to the ‘Summary’ screen
- You will now need to click on the link labeled “Click here to complete Bill Pay enrollment”
- Complete enrollment form and submit for approval
- Shortly after enrollment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email
How to access bill pay
- Once enrolled, bill pay is accessed via the ‘Summary’ page
- Look in the section labeled: ‘List of Bill Payment Accounts’
- The link will show the last three numbers of the bill pay funding account (ex: *******123)
- Select this link and bill pay will launch in a separate screen
