Getting Started
 

How do I get set-up for Business Online Banking?
Enroll now by completing our online request form. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone, live chat or by visiting one of our branches.

 

Can I view all of my business accounts with one Access ID?
Yes, you can see all business accounts that you are a signer on with one Access ID. You can also choose to view them with separate logins.

 

I just opened an additional account for my business. Why don't I see it in online banking?
If you would like to add a business account to your existing business online banking Access ID, simply complete our online request form.

 

Can I add additional users to my business online banking access?
Yes. To add a signer, simply use our quick and easy online request form. To request access for a non-signer, such as for a bookkeeper or accountant, we will need a signed request. Please contact us at 360.891.4000, so we can provide you with the appropriate form.

 

I keep getting this error message: "Warning: Page has Expired." How can I avoid this error?
Try not to double-click in online banking, and do not use the "Back" arrow within your browser. To avoid using the "back" arrow, please utilize the drop-downs to navigate between pages.

 
Passwords & Security
 

I think I am locked out of online banking. How can I get my account re-set?
Forgot your password? We can help you reset your password and security settings. Simply submit our online request form.

 

What are the password requirements?
Business online banking passwords must be 6-17 characters in length. For information on password security, see our list of online banking security tips.

 

What is an Authentication Image and Pass Phrase?
This image and pass phrase are unique to your account and are designed to prevent imposters from being able to duplicate your login page and obtain your credentials. If you don't see these two items at login, please do not proceed to sign in.

 

How can I change my security information and/or password?
Near the top of the screen, place your cursor over "Options" and choose either "Change Password" or "Change Security Data."

 
Making Transfers
 

Can I view/transfer between my personal and business accounts in online banking?
Not today; however, you can contact us or visit one of our branches to make a transfer. You can also send money to yourself using personal or business bill pay.

 

Can I transfer between all of my business accounts in online banking?
Yes, you can transfer between all business accounts that share the same Access ID. If you view some of your business accounts with separate logins, you may need to contact us contact us or visit one of our branches to make a transfer.

 

How do I transfer funds between my business accounts?
Place your cursor over "Funds Management" and select "Transfer List." On the next page, choose the transfer description (this is usually "Transfer"). On the following screen, input your transfer instructions. This transfer will be posted at the end of the specified business day.

 

Is there a cut-off time for making same-day transfers in business online banking?
Yes, in order to request a transfer for the same business day, it will need to be done before 4 p.m. To request same-day transfers from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., contact us or visit one of our branches.

 
Paying Bills Online
 

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
Login to your business online banking account, place your cursor over "Summary" and choose "Summary" from the drop-down. In the section labeled "Bill Payment Enrollment," select "Sign Up." Enter your User Name (Access ID from online banking) and Password. Submit this page, and you will be returned to the Summary page. Select "Click here to complete Bill Pay enrollment," complete the bill pay application and submit. We will review your application and an email will be sent once bill pay is active.

 

I am enrolled in Bill Pay; where do I find it in my online banking account?
Login to your business online banking account, place your cursor over "Summary" and choose "Summary" from the drop-down. In the section labeled "Bill Payment Enrollment," select the link that looks like your account number (ex: *******123).

 

How do I send an expedited payment?
When scheduling payments, select the calendar icon and a window will pop-up. In this window, select the link for "Rush Payment." Review all options, make a selection and continue along until the payment is fully scheduled.

 
What is the cost of an expedited payment?
 
   
 

Note: expedited electronic payments are only available for "electronic" payees.

 
Account History & Exports
 

How can I export my information to either Quicken or QuickBooks?
You will not be able to import your account information within Quicken or QuickBooks; instead, you will need to export your activity from online banking.

  1. Once you have logged into your business account, select the account you wish to export.
  2. Place your cursor over "Transactions" and choose "Search."
  3. Input your search criteria (for dates in either the current or previous month only), select the appropriate format from the "Export Format" drop-down and click on "Export."
  4. When prompted, select to "Open" the file and it will automatically be loaded into your software.

How do I view my account activity and check images?
Either click on the account from the initial page after logging in or select the account from the drop-down under "Accounts." Place your cursor over "Transactions," and choose a timeframe from the drop-down. The next screen will display all transactions and corresponding check images (when applicable) for that timeframe.

 

How do I place a stop payment in business online banking?
Select the account the check was written from, place your cursor over "Stop Payments," and select "New" from the drop-down. Once the information is submitted, a confirmation number will generate. The stop payment will go into effect right away, and the account on file will be charged the Stop Payment Fee.

 

How much history can I see or export within business online banking?
You can see or export activity for the current and previous month. Additional history can be viewed via online statements.

 

Can I see my statements in business online banking?
Yes, you can see copies of up to six months of your statements. You will still receive your statements in the mail each month. To access the archived copies in online banking, select the appropriate account, place your cursor over "Documents" and then select "Documents Available." Select the document type on the next screen, and the list of available statements will be displayed.
