Are you moving? Preparing to go south for the winter? A Javelin report* shows 8% of identity fraud occurs from stolen paper mail and fraudulent change of address forms. Because of this risk to your financial privacy, Columbia does not change your account address based on postal forwarding address notifications.
To change the address on your accounts, you must complete and sign Columbia's Change of Address form. If we receive a postal forwarding address notification, we'll send you a letter asking you to confirm your new address and to compete an attached Change of Address form.
Change of Address forms are available at your nearest branch, or you can access personal online banking and send us your change of address using "secure forms."
