** Important Information on Home Equity Lines of Credit
Rates accurate as of 1/13/11. Rates are variable and based on LTV, credit risk and an index. Subject to maximum lifetime APR of 15.00% and minimum lifetime APR of 4.00%.  Index used is Prime: the Wall Street Prime rate as quoted on the 10th day before the end of the preceding quarter. Prime to Prime plus 5.00% for up to and including 80% LTV, currently 4.00% APR to 8.25% APR; Prime plus 1.00% to Prime plus 5.50% for up to and including 90% LTV, currently 4.25% APR to 8.75% APR; and Prime plus 2.00% to Prime plus 6.50% for up to and including 100% LTV, currently 5.25% APR to 9.75% APR. Rates may change quarterly. $25 annual fee is waived the first year. There is a $300 Early Termination fee if the Home Equity Line of Credit is paid off and closed prior to 3 years from origination.

Closing costs on equity loans and lines vary but typically range from $90 to $1050, of which up to $300 is waived by Columbia (excluding appraisal fees).
