Online Credit Card Access

• Review recent charges, statements and payments
• Schedule payments for your monthly Visa credit card bills
• Download credit card information into Quicken® or Microsoft Money® (Money only supported through January 2011)

• Pay online with free bill pay from Columbia
• Pay online with FIA Card Service
• Pay by phone¹ by contacting FIA Card Service at 1.800.362.6299
• If paying by mail, allow 10 business days for the payment to be received and processed to avoid late charges
• Contact FIA Card Services at 1.800.362.6299 to discuss alternative payment due dates
• Visit FIA Card Services online and click "contact us" for detailed contact and payment information
