Recently, a mutual business decision ended our credit card affiliation with FIA Card Services. If you had a credit card through Columbia Credit Union, FIA Card Services will continue to handle your account. When your card expires you will be reissued a generic FIA card.

- If paying by mail, allow 10 business days for the payment to be received and processed to avoid late charges
- Contact FIA Card Services at 1.800.362.6299 to discuss alternative payment due dates
- Visit FIA Card Services online and click "contact us" for detailed contact and payment information
