Sign up for Electronic Statements

Follow these easy steps to set up your free e-statements. If you have any questions while enrolling, click the red button on the right to securely chat with a Columbia Credit Union representative (available Monday-Friday during business hours).

1. Are you already enrolled in free online banking? If so, skip to step 2. If not Sign Up now.
   
   
2. Login to your personal online banking.
   
   
3. Click the green "Account Access" button.
   
   
4. Click the green button labeled "E-Statements."
   
   
5. Once you've read and accepted the disclosure, we'll switch your statements from paper to electronic.
   
   
6. If you have more than one member number, remember to add e-statement to all your membership accounts.

Note: You must enroll by the 25th of the month to receive an electronic statement for the current period.
