If you currently authorize vendors to automatically deduct payments from
your checking account, you either need to send them your new account information or take control of the payments
through online bill pay. These vendors may include your utility
companies, gym, insurance company, etc.
Change or stop your automatic deductions using the form below. Click the printer icon below to print the
document (as many as you need). You will need to sign and mail the notice(s).
Remember to leave enough funds in your old account to cover any automatic deductions that may not be updated
before the next payment cycle.
Better with free bill pay
With free online bill pay, you can benefit from automatic, recurring payments while staying in full control of your
money. Instead of a vendor pulling money from your account (as with automatic deductions), you choose when and how
much to send.
You can schedule recurring payments, which are automatically sent each month, or week, or year, etc.
And, if needed, you can stop or reschedule a payment before it's mailed.
If you currently use online bill pay with your old financial institution, remember to delete any recurring
payments. You can reestablish your payees in Columbia Credit Union's free bill pay service.
