Both bill pay and e-statements are free to all Columbia Credit Union members.
Once you have an online banking password, you're ready to enroll. If you just signed up for online banking and haven't yet received your
password, feel free to continue with the switch kit and return to this step later.
Just follow these easy steps to get started.
- Login to your personal online banking account.
- Click the button labeled "E-Statements."
- Once you've read and accepted the disclosure, we'll switch your statements from paper to electronic. (Note: You must enroll by the 25th of the month to receive an electronic statement for the current period.)
- While still in personal online banking, click the button labeled "Bill Payment."
- You will be prompted to complete a registration form and to read and accept our bill pay disclosure.
- Once we receive your enrollment, we will send a confirmation email.
- It takes 1-3 business days for you to be added to the bill pay system.
