In-Branch Health & Safety Practices
With modified lobby service resumed at our branches, and the national and local landscapes surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to evolve, Columbia Credit Union is staying nimble, adapting, and (most importantly) keeping our members and employees safe.
The new normal for our in-branch experience has arrived. We’re wearing cloth face coverings, using plexiglass transaction shields, implementing frequent routine cleaning, making hand sanitizer available, and sharing physical distance markers and helpful reminders every chance we get.
While inside the branch, be sure to wait behind all 6ft distance markers until called forward and try to use hand sanitizer before and after your transaction. Also, please join us in wearing a cloth face covering during your visit.
New safety guidelines can be tough, but rest assured—through the plexiglass and face coverings we’re still smiling, and by joining us in taking these precautions you’re helping keep your neighbors healthy and our community safe. And don’t forget, you can always explore our enhanced digital banking options for remote access to your accounts, loans, deposits, and payments from the comfort of your home.
Thanks for helping us stay healthy, safe, and in good standing (6ft apart). Visit our COVID-19 Resource Center for the latest updates on financial assistance, links to key resources, changes in hours, fraud protection, and remote access.
