SBA Loans

Guaranteed in part by the U.S. government, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans can provide assistance not available with other types of loans and may be an excellent borrowing option for your business.

SBA Preferred Lender
We specialize in SBA loans and are listed among the top 10 credit union SBA lenders in the Portland-Vancouver metro area, so you can enjoy confidence in Columbia as your local, small business experts. In fact, according to the SBA, we are the only credit union in Western Washington and the Portland Metro area to be designated as an SBA Preferred Lender.

Quick Loan Turn Around
Our strong SBA track record and preferred status allow us to approve your small business loan with streamlined review from the U.S. Small Business Administration for Washington. In-turn, this helps us process your loan quicker.

SBA Express LoanĀ
The SBA Express loan provides a limited guaranty for term loans and revolving lines of credit up to a maximum of $350,000. The processing time is usually expedited over a regular 7(a) loan.

SBA 504 Loan
The 504 Loan Program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for small businesses to acquire real estate, machinery or heavy equipment for expansion or modernization. These loans require as little as 10 percent down payment from the borrower.
