Member Service Representative-FT (Call Center)
Columbia Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative to assist members with all of their financial needs over the phone and through electronic alternatives. Selling banking products and services is essential to success in this position.
Applicant must be an enthusiastic team player with strong commitment to providing excellent member service, able to multi-task in a busy environment, organized with excellent written/verbal communication skills and pc skills. Previous call center, banking and sales experience required. Tech support and online chat experience highly preferred. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
