With a little planning, your electronic tax filing can go a lot smoother.
If you’re getting ready to prepare your taxes, or are setting up an ACH electronic funds transfer, you’ll need your full and accurate Columbia Credit Union account number. You’ll also need to know what type of account it is: Checking or Savings. But, what if you don’t know it? No worries. Here are some options for locating your account numbers:
Look it up with Online Banking.
- For Personal or Enhanced Business Online Banking, select your account then “Account Details” in the balance box on the right. Your full account number will appear.
- For Business Online Banking, select “Accounts” and then select “Summary.” Account numbers will display to the right of the account name.
Stop by a Branch.
- Swing by any of our 13 branches (we have 12 in Clark County and one in SE Portland), show your identification to our staff, and we can provide you with your full account number and account type.
- Give us a call at 360-891-4000 or 800-699-4009 and we’ll be happy to help.
Remember, you must use your full and accurate Columbia Credit Union account number along with the correct account type on all ACH electronic funds transfer requests to ensure they’re processed without delay.
