A Holiday Message from Lindsey Salvestrin

Hello, all. I wanted to take some time to reflect on this past year, my first leading your credit union. I’m so proud of what we’ve been able to achieve, guided by our core values of People, Community, and Financial Wellness. I’m grateful for all of the support and well-wishes I have received and wish you happy holidays as we head into the most festive days of the season.

You may have seen us on the news the other day racing around Target as part of our KPTV Toy Drive shopping spree. As we were pulling sleds full of toys through the aisles and stacking elves as high as we could with gifts, I was able to reflect on how much it means to me to be a part of this Community.

One of the things we love about the Toy Drive is that it is another way we can support nonprofits around town. We strive to be your community resource when it comes to your banking needs. We aren’t able to cover every basic need—like food or shelter—or make sure every kid has a present to open on Christmas. That’s why we love supporting the Toy Drive, with the help of your generous donations at our branches, as it enables us to make that little bit of difference.

Our other core value of People is all about our passion for helping members achieve their goals. I love reading through member comments and Google reviews to see what our members are saying and which products and services they like or don’t like. Sometimes what our members have to say is too good not to share.

As we close out the year, I want to thank our incredible staff who create one-of-a-kind experiences that inspire comments like Kelly’s. It is such a joy to work alongside you—it inspires us to deliver the best standard of service in town. And I’d like to thank all of you, our members, for helping us fulfill our mission of bringing people together to make life better for themselves and our communities.
