  • Your business is located in Washington State or the Oregon community of Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah or Washington counties; and you have employees at that location
  • Your business is not located in Washington but more than 50% of the owners or employees of your company are eligible for membership by:
    1. Living in Washington State of the Oregon community of Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah or Washington counties
    2. Have a relative that lives or works in Washington State or the Oregon community of Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah or Washington counties
