Credit cards are getting a major facelift in Online and Mobile Banking on Monday, August 21st. That means new features, more capabilities, and a sleek modern interface when managing your credit card account. It also means a bit of downtime as we get everything switched over, and you may notice we’ve assigned a new loan number to your credit card starting August 21 (the number on your credit card will not change and you will not need a new card.)
Your credit card number is not changing and your card payments set up using your card number will continue to work normally.
Starting August 21st, however, what you see in Online and Mobile Banking and click on to get to the credit card portal will change. This means any recurring payment transfers or alerts set up in Online and Mobile Banking will need to be reset.
Because of this upgrade, you will need to reschedule recurring transfers you set up to pay your credit card (see specific instructions below).
Recurring transfers that are scheduled for August 18 or later to make an August credit card payment will need to be switched to a one-time payment. You can do this yourself in Online or Mobile Banking before 8/17 OR after 8/21.
