Upcoming Password Change Required
On March 22, 2022, members who are enrolled in Online & Mobile Banking may be prompted to create a new password that meets our enhanced security requirements.
We’re proactively changing our Online & Mobile Banking password requirements as part of our ongoing efforts to keep your online account information safe. Be assured this update is not a result of any security issues.
To follow password security best practices, your new password will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 letter
- Minimum 1 number
- Minimum 1 special character
- Minimum 8 characters in length
- Maximum length 32 characters
Important Reminder: Your Touch ID and Facial Recognition setting on the Columbia CU mobile app will need to be updated using your newly created, enhanced password.
Sign in to Online Banking now to get your password reset early. Does your password already meet the requirements? Way to go! You won’t be prompted to change anything.
