Card Manager gives you better controls and more convenience

Controlling, tracking, and protecting your cards just got way easier with Card Manager. Manage your Columbia CU debit and credit cards through Online Banking or the Columbia CU app to lock/unlock cards, set transaction limits, view metrics, access credit card rewards, and more. Go to “Additional Services” in Online Banking or “More” in the Columbia CU app to check it out.

How Card Manager Makes Your Life Easier

Our card controls offer more protection than ever, allowing you to:

  • Lock/unlock debit and credit cards
  • Set transaction limits by location, merchant, or transaction type
  • Stay informed with alerts
  • Report lost or stolen cards
  • Quickly identify and report fraudulent transactions
  • Notify us about travel plans so your card doesn’t get declined

You can also view a list of subscriptions and who has your card on file to see a clear picture of where your money is going. Easy to read graphs make understanding spending habits simple, and details such as merchant names, logos, and contact information give greater insight into card transactions.

In addition, you can add cards to digital wallets, get cash without a card at an ATM, easily set travel plans to ensure your card is not declined, and even access a new card before receiving it in the mail. Plus, self-service options give you 24/7 assistance without having to contact a representative.

Say Goodbye to CardValet

Having Card Manager controls in Online Banking and the mobile app means we’re saying goodbye to the separate CardValet app in February. All those features and more are now available in your digital Columbia Credit Union hub.

Enroll in Digital Banking

Follow these steps to enroll in Digital Banking right now:

  1. Click the LOGIN button on our website, then select Sign Up. (If you’ve already downloaded the Columbia CU app, you can register by clicking the Sign Up link located in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.)
  2. Use these credentials to set up an account: Temporary Username: Your member number; Temporary Password: Last 6 digits of your SSN
  3. Once your account is set up, you can change your username and password to anything you want.
